  • Improve product listings: We identified that Medi-Crunch's product listings were not optimized for Amazon's search algorithm. We updated product titles, descriptions, and keywords to improve visibility and ranking.

  • Implement Amazon Advertising: We suggested implementing a proven advertising system to increase product visibility and drive more sales. We created Sponsored Product ads and Sponsored Brand ads to target specific keywords and demographics.

  • Optimize pricing strategy: We optimized Medi-Crunch's pricing strategy by analyzing competitors' prices and adjusting accordingly with a proven system. Using this system, we increased the price by 40.03%, resulting in a massive boost in revenue. They suggested offering discounts for bulk purchases and implementing dynamic pricing to remain competitive.

  • Multi-Packs: After analyzing the data and working closely with Medi-Crunch, we noticed many customers were purchasing more than one unit. We created variations for 2,3,6, and 12 packs that we decided to fulfill ourselves to maximize profit with repeat customers and to offer a more competitive price.

  • Implement customer review strategy: We are currently working on implementing a customer review strategy to increase social proof and improve product ranking on Amazon. With will include following up with each order and developing inserts to remind customers to leave a review.


Results: After implementing everything above, Medi-Crunch saw and continues to see a significant increase in monthly sales. Their product listings improved along with visibility via advertising, and their products began to rank higher in Amazon's search algorithm. Implementing everything above has led to a 20% increase in sales volume over last month and a 60% increase over last year.
